This program builds off of the foundations of the Star 1-5, Star 6-Gold and AdultSkate programs. The program is designed for skaters actively competing in Star 3 and above and Adult Bronze Freeskate and above.
The focus of these training sessions will be on developing competition skills to prepare skaters wanting to compete regularly in Star 3, Star 4, the Provincial StarSkate Series, or the ISU Adult Figure Skating Competition events.
The number of skaters in the program has been set at a level to promote regular training of competition programs and to help skaters push for more speed, power, and ice coverage in their training.
This program also offers a 20 minute, instructor-led off-ice warm up and a post-skating ,45 minute off-ice class with various instructors. The instructor fees for the off-ice portions of the program are included in the registration fees.
